The job involves welding the fuel filler cap of our OEM partner as described below: The assembly consists of 3 parts. The worker inserts the hinge and the reinforcing insert into the left-hand device and then starts the welding process. The sensors of the welding machine monitor that the parts are correctly loaded. The worker removes the prefabricated part from the welding machine and then transfers it to the finish-welding machine. After inserting the decorative plate, the pre-welding template is reloaded and the welding process is started. The welding parameters are recorded on a server.
